NY Enjoy Nail Salon

Terrible experience. My mom’s nails started peeling in less than two days. We went back multiple times to fix it, and the same issue kept happening every time. On the last visit, they tried to charge us again for fixing something that was never done properly in the first place. When I refused, it turned into a whole argument, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. It’s not the customer’s fault that their work doesn’t last. Poor quality service and even worse customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

gel French pedicure they can’t even do that. I had to guide the nail technician the whole time not to mention I spent an hour and a half to do half work. I’m sorry I never give reviews but I just had to give a review. No wonder that place is empty and I just needed a last-minute pedicure only because I’m desperate and going on vacation, but I do not recommend on top of that. Super rude when you call She literally hung up on me and the other shiny nail salon is just as bad just as rude will never support this business again.

I will never do my nails here again. Got my nails done last week Sunday and on Monday my nail broke ofd and the powder she used also came off.
